Shahram embarked on his high-tech industry journey in 2005, progressing from technical engineering positions to management until 2016. With notable stints at Ericsson and NXP/Ampleon, he astutely recognized the challenges posed by regular recruitment companies, sourcing for semiconductor companies due to the complexity of technical roles. This realization led him to establish Semicon Engineering in 2016, a specialized recruitment agency addressing the unique needs of the semiconductor industry. As the CEO, Shahram oversees the company’s holistic performance, shapes growth strategies, and collaborates with the management team to ensure global client acquisition. Beyond his professional commitments, he finds fulfillment in flying airplanes, maintaining an active fitness lifestyle and doing volunteering work in his community.

Ezmarai Arbab our Chairman is a pioneering executive with over 26 years of experience in the dynamic landscape of the wireless industry. With a robust background encompassing senior and executive management roles.

He possesses an exceptional breadth of expertise, covering a spectrum of areas vital to the industry’s success. His proficiencies range from high-tech global research, agile product development, and innovation strategies to business development, program management, corporate strategy, and supply chain management. Notably, he holds a strong track record in engineering leadership, corporate strategy formulation, and execution, and has adeptly navigated business turnarounds and mergers and acquisitions spanning from $10 million to $500 million USD.

Ezmarai brings a wealth of experience in establishing and overseeing cross-functional Research and Development organizations in various countries. He has successfully managed diverse teams of R&D professionals across the United States, Sweden, Finland, the United Kingdom, Estonia, China, India, Thailand, South Korea, and Brazil. This expansive geographical coverage underscores his ability to navigate and leverage diverse talents and resources on a global scale, fostering innovation and excellence.

Furthermore, his innovations have resulted in 40 granted and pending patents, generating a staggering $1.4 billion in revenue, and being utilized by top Fortune 500 companies. Notably, his patents’ value was acknowledged through acquisitions by one of the top fortune 100 Corporations for a significant value.

Ezmarai currently holds the positions of CEO and Executive Chairman at Powerwave Technologies, where he oversees a technology portfolio exceeding $1.2 billion in value. He is also a co-founder of various innovative ventures centered around telecommunication sector. Collaborating with prestigious academic institutions, Ezmarai has spearheaded initiatives aimed at advancing the next wave of technologies.

Among his ventures, Ezmarai co-founded XprtAi Inc, which pioneers cutting-edge autonomous EMS tailored for Telecommunication Operators. Additionally, he played a key role in establishing 514LLC, focusing on cybersecurity mobile applications, and NetMicro Pvt Ltd, a Singapore-based company specializing in Next Generation Network Switches.

His influence extends to his role as a Board Advisor and Partner at CellOnyx, where his expertise lies in AI-driven load balancing solutions, showcasing his dedication to harnessing advanced technology for network optimization.

Originally from the UK, she relocated from London in 2007, embarking on a journey that led her through New York, Paris, Casablanca, Madrid, Konya, Barcelona, Munich, and Toronto, finally settling in Poland’s vibrant city, Katowice, for the past four years.

Her career in technology spans over 15 years, encompassing roles from SMS services to selling IT products, engaging in recycling initiatives, and excelling in technology recruitment, connecting engineers worldwide. Fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi, her diverse linguistic skills complement her global professional journey. With leveraging her extensive background in technology recruitment, she contributes to our company’s success.

With a passion for literature, her spare time is often devoted to her collection of over 200 books, reflecting her love for reading. Having explored 160 cities globally, she finds immense joy in traveling and experiencing different cultures.
